Molds are made of your teeth as they currently are. These molds are sent to our in-house dental lab to create a diagnostic wax-up. This wax-up lets us preview your smile. At the second visit, the teeth are prepared for the veneers. Many patients prefer to take a light sedative medication to help with their comfort during this procedure. After the teeth are prepared we use the diagnostic wax-up to create beautiful temporaries that are modeled after your final veneers. These can act as a living preview. You are able to eat and smile as usual while you are wearing them. You can also make sure they are exactly what you expect from the final veneers and if not make adjustments with your doctor and specialized ceramist. At the final appointment, your temporaries will be removed and the final veneers will be tried in. This is where we evaluate the fit and esthetics of the smile makeover. We are very critical here prior to bonding them into place. We like to look at them in the office and even go outside and view them under natural light. If changes need to be made our in-house lab can make them right away while we wait. The veneers are then completed by bonding them into place. You will leave with a gorgeous revitalized smile.

DAILY CARE
